The 1st International Conference on Alternative Fuels: Futures and Challenges (ICAF 2016) was held at Erciyes University, Türkiye during 2-4 December 2016 .

The 2nd International Conference on Alternative Fuels and Energy (Futures and Challenges) (ICAFE 2017) was held at Daegu University, Daegu, Republic of Korea during 23-25 October 2017

The 3rd International Conference on Alternative Fuels, Energy and Environment: Futures and Challenges (ICAFEE 2018) was held at the South East University (SEU), Nanjing, The People's Republic of China during 28-31 October 2018.

The 4th International Conference on Alternative Fuels, Energy and Environment: Futures and Challenges (ICAFEE 2019) was held at Feng Chia University (FCU), Green Energy and Biotechnology Industry Research Center (GEBC), Taichung, Taiwan during 18-21 October 2019.

The 5th International Conference on Alternative Fuels, Energy and Environment: Futures and Challenges (ICAFEE 2019) was held online at Erciyes University, Kayseri, Türkiye during 15-18 October 2021.
